Meeting times

There is space for everyone aboard the KOMBARDO EXPRESSEN, and we look forward to welcoming you on our buses.

To ensure a smooth boarding process, you can check here for the latest time by which you need to check in.

Please remember to allow some extra time to load your luggage onto the bus.

Meeting times

  • Passengers with a low-cost ticket: No later than 15 minutes before departure.

  • Passengers with a seat reservation for a bicycle or stroller: No later than 20 minutes before departure.

  • Passengers requiring special assistance: No later than 20 minutes before departure.

The meeting times are based on the scheduled departure time in the timetable. These times apply even if the bus is delayed, unless otherwise specifically communicated for the particular departure.

Check-in

When boarding the bus, the driver will need the last four digits of your mobile number from the booking before you can board.

Please have them ready in advance so the driver can quickly locate your ticket, ensuring a smoother boarding process.

Passengers with special needs

On board the KOMBARDO EXPRESSEN, we strive to provide extra consideration and support to passengers with disabilities.

Wheelchair users
If you use a folding wheelchair and wish to travel with KOMBARDO EXPRESSEN, we kindly ask that you contact us via kombardo@kombardoexpressen.dk as soon as possible before your desired travel date. In your email, please include your contact details and the type of wheelchair you use. We will then respond with information regarding availability.

For your journey, we ask that you arrive at the pick-up location at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure.

Some of KOMBARDO EXPRESSENs buses are not equipped with the facilities required to transport passengers travelling in a non-foldable wheelchair. Passengers travelling with a non-foldable wheelchair are therefore requested to contact Customer Service as soon as possible before their departure, allowing us to assess whether a suitable vehicle or an alternative arrangement can be provided.

Service dogs, guide dogs and other assistance dogs
Service dogs are welcome on board at no additional cost. In order to provide the best possible service and to accommodate the specific needs of other passengers, passengers travelling with a service dog are kindly requested to contact customer service at billet@kombardoexpressen.dk as soon as possible prior to departure. However, failure to provide advance notice does not mean that travel will be refused.

Upon request, the passenger must be able to present appropriate documentation confirming that the dog is a service dog.

We kindly ask all passengers to be aware that service dogs may be present on board our buses. Passengers with severe allergies or other specific needs are welcome to contact customer service prior to departure for information about possible adjustments to their journey.

Passports and identification

Please note that authorities regularly carry out checks on travelers to and from Bornholm. Therefore, it is important that you bring a passport, driver's license, or other valid photo identification with you during your journey.
