Check-in times Rønne – Copenhagen
Check-in times are based on the planned departure time in the timetable. These check-in times apply even if the express bus is delayed, unless otherwise specifically stipulated for the departure in question.
When you arrive at the bus, the driver will need to scan your ticket before you can board.
It would therefore be an advantage if you could have the ticket bar code ready for the driver to scan, either on your phone or printed out. This will make it quick and easy for the driver and enable you to board the bus faster.
On board KOMBARDO EXPRESSEN, we show passengers with disabilities special consideration.

Did you know that you can board KOMBARDO EXPRESSEN at the ports in Aarhus and Sjællands Odde?
KOMBARDO EXPRESSEN picks up passengers at the blue KOMBARDO bus shelters before crossing the Kattegat with MOLSLINJEN's high-speed ferries.
Please note that passengers with a ticket from Aalborg/Randers to Copenhagen cannot board the bus at the port in Aarhus.
If you are travelling between Sønderborg, Odense and Copenhagen it is not possible to board the Expressen at the ALSLINJEN port.
Here's what to do:
Regardless of whether you are travelling by bus the entire way or will be boarding along the way, you will need to buy a ticket for the full trip. For example, if you are travelling from Sjællands Odde to Aarhus, you must have a ticket valid for travel from Copenhagen.
How to board:
If you are travelling from Aarhus to Copenhagen, you must check in at the port no later than when the express bus departs from Valdemarsgade, by "Musikhuset" in Aarhus C.
If you are travelling from Sjællands Odde to Aarhus, you must check in at the port no later than 1 hr and 20 min after the bus leaves Ingerslevsgade in Copenhagen.
